Nelson/Nygaard (San Francisco, CA) joined Perkins+Will (Chicago, IL) (ENR #36), a global architecture and design firm. Nelson/Nygaard is a 130-person full-service transportation planning and consulting firm. Link to details


Bowers + Kobota (Waipahu, HI), a project management, architectural, and engineering consulting firm, acquired H&O III (Honolulu, HI), an electrical engineering firm. Link to details 


National provider of multidisciplinary engineering and forensic investigation services, Unified Investigations & Sciences (Duluth, GA) acquired OConnor Engineering (Sacramento, CA), also a provider of forensic engineering and investigation services. Link to details


FES Group (Wixom, MI) merged with KJWW Engineering Consultants (Rock Island, IL) (ENR #118). FES Group is a 25-person consulting firm that provides engineering design for complex building types. Link to details
