Eaton Corp.’s 5P UPS system supports entry-level virtualization strategies. Courtesy: EatonEaton Corp.’s 5P UPS system supports entry-level virtualization strategies through seamless integration with Eaton’s Intelligent Power Software Suite, and enhances equipment protection by combining remote metering and power hardware management capabilities with 28% more wattage than traditional UPSs. A graphical LCD display built into the front of the UPS enables IT and data center managers to view detailed information and customize all UPS settings at the push of a button. Through the display and seamless integration with Eaton’s power management software, users are provided complete insight into UPS power usage, efficiency and load, enabling better management of electrical consumption and energy footprint. The models range from 1,500 (1,440 watts) to 3,000 VA (2,700 watts).
