HP UPS Network Module
The HP UPS Network Module provides remote management of a UPS by connecting the UPS directly to the network. Users can configure and manage UPSs via a standard Web browser. It supports single UPS or two UPSs in redundant configurations. The network module can be set up to send e-mail notifications or alert traps to any SNMP management program, or be used as a stand-alone management system. This flexibility enables IT and facilities managers to monitor and control UPSs through the network. To facilitate day-to-day maintenance tasks and power analysis, the embedded management software provides detailed system logs. It is also ideal for customers who need to perform scheduled, graceful shut-downs of attached equipment.
