Micro plate heat exchangers
Danfoss’ Micro Plate Heat Exchangers (MPHEs)
Danfoss’ Micro Plate Heat Exchangers (MPHEs) offer increased energy efficiency and improved environmental performance in chillers, heat pumps, and many industrial applications. The MPHEs feature a unique channel plate pattern, including a dimpled surface that improves flow across the plate and use of the surface area for significantly better heat transfer. MPHEs have an Exchanger Index (EI) value up to 56 higher under the same working conditions. Danfoss offers C-range MPHEs that are optimized for chillers, to work as condensers or evaporators in air- or water-cooled systems. With capacity up to 550 kW for both single circuit and dual circuit, Danfoss' C-range products are adapted for use with today's refrigerants. H-range MPHEs are designed for use in ground-source and air-source heat pump systems. D-range MPHEs can be used in multiple refrigeration and industrial applications. All three MPHE ranges come with optimized evaporator, condenser, and single-phase products along with dual circuit solutions.
