HDR, CUH2A merge to form science and technology design giant
The merged firm will employ nearly 1,700 employees in more than 40 locations worldwide. The union is expected to be completed by the end of June.

HDR Architecture, an operating company within HDR Inc., Omaha, Neb., and CUH2A, Princeton, N.J., have announced their intent to merge to create a comprehensive science and technology design firm. HDR Architecture is one of the world’s leading healthcare design firms, and CUH2A is the world’s largest science and technology firm. The merged firm will employ nearly 1,700 employees in more than 40 locations worldwide. The union is expected to be completed by the end of June.Reflecting on the research and development industry, CUH2A president Scott Butler said, “The world of science is changing.
