General Monitors, Lake Forest, Calif., partnered with
Elpro Technologies, Stafford, Australia, to offer wireless technology and communications for General Monitors’ gas and flame detector product lines.
Honeywell, Minneapolis, announced that it will begin an energy-efficiency program for the city of Sandusky, Ohio, that will help the city reduce energy and maintenance expenses while upgrading its facilities and infrastructure. The 10-year agreement is funded through a $1.5 million performance contract and is expected to save Sandusky an estimated $181,000 in annual operating expenses.
