Dwayne G. Miller has 25 years of engineering experience and serves as CEO for JBA Consulting Engineers. In addition to providing leadership and strategic direction for the firm, he remains active in the electrical and telecommunications engineering disciplines. Miller has extensive experience in planning, design, and operations of complex power and telecommunications infrastructure for large-scale facilities and focuses primarily on the master plan development and schematic/design development phases of major projects.
