Molex Inc. and Bridgelux’s Helieon 120 Vac sustainable light module is a plug-and-play, modular, solid-state lighting solution that connects directly to 120 Vac line voltage input. The Helieon 120 Vac module is TRIAC dimmable down to less than 5% and is compatible with a wide range of commercially available dimmers. In addition to adding the electronic driver functionality, the available product options for the Helieon 120 Vac module will be expanded with the introduction of a 2,000 operational lumen option and the addition of a 120-deg viewing angle option to complement the 24-, 32-, and 50-deg options. Variations include 1,200 and 2,000 lumen performance options in 3,000K CCT with 32- and 120-deg viewing angle options. The accompanying Helieon socket easily can be incorporated into a wide variety of luminaire designs and is prewired for easy electrical connection. The socket can mount to heat sink or luminaire housing with three M3 screws.
