Eisenhauer is an industry leader in energy efficiency and sustainable design with ambition, positive attitude, passion for the environment, and extensive technical knowledge. She puts her whole heart into her work and life, and she deeply believes it is her job to do all she can to protect the environment and the world she lives in. She developed a love of travel at a young age when she spent six months in Belgium with her family. Eisenhauer passed the U.S. Green Building Council LEED AP exam while still in graduate school, and has since been involved in the project management and design of a variety of projects including hospitals, medical facilities, corporate offices, rehabilitation facilities, and assisted living centers. Eisenhauer has served as the sustainability coordinator on numerous USGBC LEED projects of all different levels and credentialing programs, and even the president of her company relies on her to keep him informed on current energy technologies and new and creative mechanical engineering sustainable designs. She is particularly proud of her involvement in the Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas, which was the first healthcare facility in the world to be awarded LEED Platinum. She volunteers regularly with her church group that reaches out to low-income disabled senior citizens, and she lives an active lifestyle that includes kickboxing, running half marathons that benefit charities, cheering for the Kansas State Wildcats, and spending time with the man of her dreams.
