Dewberry is making a lot of progress. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is now being done onsite.
General work:
- Classroom in Area B has the third-floor slab poured and roof is soon to be poured.
- Remainder of building is dried in.
- Windows and frames are currently being installed.
- Site installation is in progress.
- Drywall installation is in progress.
- Ceiling installation is in progress.
- Painting has started in some areas of the building.
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing:
- Plumbing domestic water and sanitary waste/vent piping installation is in progress throughout.
- Electrical conduit and feeder installation is in progress throughout.
- Mechanical ductwork and hydronic piping installation is in progress throughout.
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment has been installed throughout most of the building.
- Fire sprinkler piping and equipment installation is in progress throughout.
