Utility users can gather remote device data or initiate controls and can connect with a variety of DA solutions, including capacitor bank, recloser, and voltage regulator controls across Eaton’s RF Mesh Smart Grid network. Eaton’s solution provides utilities a single Smart Grid platform that enables end of line voltage monitoring, conservation voltage reduction (CVR), and Volt/VAR Optimization (VVO) applications. The platform securely controls Smart Grid operations across one network providing ease of use and simplified service for utility customers.
