The National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) has introduced an enhanced Quality Assurance Program (QAP) to ensure swift, single-source mediation and resolution of disputes between NEBB professionals and their customers.

Under the QAP, NEBB will intervene on any project if the customer feels that a NEBB certified firm has failed to perform in accordance with NEBB Procedural Standards. An owner or project representative need only call or write the NEBB national office or local NEBB chapter to request assistance.

NEBB’s QAP applies to all projects that have been specified for completion in accordance with NEBB’s applicable Procedural Standards and delivered by a NEBB Certified firm in good standing. NEBB will issue Conformance Certification Certificates when called for in specifications and applied for by a NEBB Certified firm; however, a certificate is not a requirement to seek assistance under NEBB’s QAP.
