Gregory Anderson has joined Ellerbe Becket , Minneapolis, as CFO. Anderson most recently was VP-finance for Banta Corp.’s Global Turnkey Group. Also, David Rova , with Ellerbe Becket since 1988, has been promoted to design director from project director.
Greenman-Pedersen Inc. , Scranton, Pa., has named James Pfluger , P.E., and Michael Moran assistant VPs. Pfluger will co-manage the Scranton office’s electrical department, and Moran will manage the mechanical engineering department.
Kathleen Harrington and Michael Walsh , P.E., have returned to Vanderweil Engineers, Boston. Harrington will serve as director of operations for commercial/special projects, and Walsh as director of engineering-science and technology.
Frank Nemia , P.E., has been promoted to engineering design principal from mechanical services engineer at Kling, formerly Kling Lindquist, Philadelphia. Also, Jeffrey Heiken joined Kling’s Raleigh, N.C., office as engineering design principal. Heiken was a senior associate at M.E. Engineers Inc., Denver.
Charles Siegmann , P.E., assumes the post of associate manager for the San Diego office of Rolf Jensen & Associates Inc. , Chicago. Siegmann’s responsibilities include project management, technical quality assurance and personnel management.
Correction: John Patelski has been promoted to president and director of business development at A. Epstein and Sons International Inc., Chicago. His new title was incorrectly reported in CSE’s September issue.
