NEBB appoints new president
Stanley Fleischer, the president of Seneca Balance, has been named the president of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) for 2013.
The Board of Directors of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) has named Stanley (Stan) Fleischer the 2013 NEBB President during the NEBB Board of Directors Meeting, October 5-6, Seattle.
Fleischer is the President of Seneca Balance, and has more than 34 years’ experience testing and balancing office buildings, hospitals, government facilities, research laboratories and complex building systems.
Fleischer has been on the NEBB Board of Directors and the NEBB Executive Finance Committee. He has served in the Capital MarVa NEBB Chapter as President, Technical Chairman and Board Chairman and other roles. He is the lead proctor for NEBB’s Capital MarVa Chapter and NEBB International for the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) discipline. He is the past chairman of the NEBB’s TAB committee and a member of ASHRAE and SMACNA.
Fleischer has been NEBB certified since 1987. He holds a Master HVAC License in Maryland, is a LEED AP and NEBB Certified Professional in TAB, Commissioning, HVAC/Plumbing, and Sound & Vibration and Building Envelope Testing.
