Chandler is motivated by finding innovative ways to achieve better outcomes for clients and staff. He has grown from a project engineer to a leader and go-to expert in the health care market. Chandler leads complex projects for health care, laboratory and industrial facilities and is experienced in leading projects following a variety of delivery methods. These include integrated project delivery incorporating Lean principles, design-build, design-assist and traditional design-bid-build. He is involved in all project phases, from predesign through construction administration and has significant experience collaborating with contractors early in the design process. He is skilled in facility assessments, master planning and system design. Chandler also is the operations manager for the St. Louis health care team and invests in staff development in both technical and nontechnical aspects of their careers. Chandler’s genuine care for others is one of his most defining characteristics, demonstrated both in his actions at work and in the service opportunities he pursues outside of work. He is a deacon in his church, a longtime Sunday school teacher, a committed volunteer and is studying biblical counseling. He also enjoys experiencing nature with his three children and wife of 19 years. This commitment to faith, family and creating engineering designs that have an impact on the greater community is evident in the way Chandler interacts with those around him. His patience, generosity and dedication are not lost on his peers and supervisor, who agree that these attributes, along with his advanced technical skills, make Chandler a standout engineer and leader.
