The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying is offering the FE Supplied-Reference Handbook , 7th Edition, 2005, in its entirety as a PDF file that may be downloaded free of charge. A bound copy may also be purchased from NCEES on the organization’s website .
The FE Supplied-Reference Handbook is the only reference material that may be used during the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
Users are also requested to report any suspected errata in the book using an e-mail link on the website. Examinees are not penalized for any errors in the Handbook that affect an examination question.In no event will NCEES be liable for not providing reference material to support all the questions in the FE examination. In the interest of constant improvement, NCEES reserves the right to revise and update the FE Supplied-Reference Handbook as it deems appropriate without informing interested parties. Each NCEES FE examination will be administered using the latest version of the Handbook .
