Challenges
Because the building is located within the flight path of Ronald Reagan National Airport, we had to coordinate rooftop work with the Federal Aviation Administration. And because the building is considered high-end space, many consultants were involved. The generator had to be located ongrade, with electrical service to be provided 30 floors up.
