Lehman & Company’s (Chicago, IL) investment affiliate JFL-NRC-SES Partners (Chicago, IL) signed a definitive agreement to sell all its membership interests in NRC Group Holdings (New York, NY) to Hennessy Capital Acquisition Corp.
