TPG Growth (San Francisco, CA) and The Rise Fund (San Francisco, CA) signed an agreement to acquire CLEAResult (Austin, TX), a provider of energy efficiency solutions for utility companies, from General Atlantic (Greenwich, CT). Link to details

Engineering, architecture, and surveying firm, MRB Group (Rochester, NY), and Chatfield Engineers (Rochester, NY) merged. Chatfield offers civil and municipal engineering services to over fifty municipalities and other governmental agencies. Link to details

Justin Smith Architects (Derby, UK) acquired Eaton Design Architects (Derby, UK). Justin Smith Architects saw a great deal of synergy with Eaton Design’s portfolio, particularly in the hospitality sector. Link to details
