International professional services provider to the energy, resource and complex process industries WorleyParsons (North Sydney, Australia) announced its intentions to acquire Bergen Group Rosenberg (Stavanger, Norway), a 650-person fully-integrated engineering, fabrication and construction company operating in part within the offshore oil and gas front end engineering and EPC markets. Link to details
