Private equity firm, Bernhard Capital Partners (Baton Rouge, LA), acquired Moreland Altobelli Associates (Duluth, GA), PaveTex Engineering (Lubbock, TX), and Engineering Testing Services (San Ramon, CA). Bernhard will combine the three companies to form Atlas Technical Consultants, which will have more than 30 offices and more than 1,000 employees. Link to details
