Solutions

As the base building MEP engineer for the 2112 Pennsylvania Avenue building, GHT’s team of engineers and designers utilized their unique knowledge of the building to create this space. GHT provided MEP engineering design services for the tenant fit out of the second floor.

Not only does the second floor feature a conference center and office space, but it includes flexible workstations to support the hybrid work environment. Another unique feature of the space is the living green wall that serves as a focal point for the office.

GHT has completed ten projects in this building and looks forward to future opportunities at 2112 Pennsylvania Avenue.
