Lunch, former general counsel to the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and occasional contributor to Consulting-Specifying Engineer ‘s “Professional Practices” and “Engineers at the Bar” columns, a memorial fund has been established through NSPE’s Educational Foundation.

“We often referred to Milt as a living legend-really an understatement-and that legend will endure far into the future,” said Donald G. Weinert, NSPE executive director emeritus.

In addition to lending his legal expertise to NSPE as general counsel from 1949 to 1987, Lunch served on NSPE’s private-practice liability committee and was active in the American Bar Association forum for the construction industry.
