June 3 Southland Industries update: mechanical room open

As of June 3, 2013:

• The project team is currently roughing in on interstitial levels of the North and West clinics as well as the first floor of the hospital.
• The hospital Level 3 mechanical room, which serves 50% of the square footage of the project, has opened up this month and the team has begun installation of all trades in the area. Trades had to coordinate to install systems in layers so as to not block each other off once installed.
