Abstract: This technical presentation will explain to energy managers, commissioning providers, and other building professionals how clients can improve energy efficiency and overall operations and maintenance, sustainability and resiliency by implementing a program of Facilities Condition Assessments to gain a better understanding of the condition of their equipment and systems; retro-commissioning and energy audits to identify facility improvement measures that can be implemented to reduce energy costs and improve environmental conditions; and creating an energy roadmap to provide a smart growth framework as they continue to improve energy efficiency, increase sustainability and improve resiliency.

Learning Objectives

  • Participants will learn how to assist their customers gain a better understanding of their equipment and systems; and be able to help them develop a record of their equipment and assist with CapEx and O&M budgeting.
  • Participants will learn techniques and methods to help customers improve the efficiency and operating effectiveness of their systems.
  • Participants will gain an understanding of how to guide their customers as they work to achieve their long-term energy, sustainability and resiliency goals.
