Associate, RMF Engineering; BS, Mechanical Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology

Eveleth has enjoyed a rapid rise in his engineering career, culminating in him being named a partner at RMF Engineering in 2020. He has spent his entire career learning, starting as an assistant project manager and later as a project manager with a design-build mechanical contractor after graduating from Georgia Tech. Eveleth worked on projects from the concept level to construction closeout, which taught him about constructability and design coordination. He also got plenty of hands-on knowledge relating to the construction process. All of this was invaluable for Eveleth as he moved into a consulting role in the next phase of his career. His management philosophy is every project and team member should be treated as unique and Eveleth has taken that to heart. He is a graduate of RMF’s project management and leadership development program, which has served him well as a project manager for the company. His priorities during a project are finding out what the client’s goals are and ensuring everything is done with clear communication and priorities the entire team can get behind. Eveleth’s ability to see all sides of the prism have given him plenty of perspective different ways to solve engineering problems. He has written multiple articles and presented on chiller and boiler plants and other topics relating to district energy systems. Outside of work, he is involved in the community and enjoys outdoor activities ranging from hiking to gardening, which allow him to spend added quality time with his children. He’s also involved in local charity initiatives and fundraising benefiting local underserved communities.
