The American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry has posted contents of its 2008 fall meeting —entitled “Winds of Change? The ConsensusDOCS.” The event focused on crucial differences between two opposing construction contract standards: the newly introduced ConsensusDOCS, and traditional American Institute of Architects documents.
