Brockmann has lead the group’s global strategy and operations across heating, cooling and climate comfort solutions since 2021, overseeing its transformation into a global provider of heating, cooling and climate comfort solutions. Before joining Bosch, he held Senior Executive positions at Electrolux in Sweden and at Volkswagen in Germany, bringing extensive experience in technology, operations and strategic leadership.
