Challenges
The biggest challenge was getting a site location where we were not encroaching easement and property boundaries, as well as a location where major utility infrastructure would not have to be relocated at the owner’s expense.
Solutions
We ultimately decided on a remote portion of the employee parking lot on the back side of the property where the facilities staff still had convenient access. We only needed to locate a stormwater run-off pipe.
