This week Morrissey Goodale reported seven deals in the United States involving companies from Illinois, Nevada, Ohio, Connecticut, Tennessee, Delaware, Maryland, California, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina and one international deal involving companies from the United States and Canada.

In the first deal, JENSEN HUGHES announced that a merger agreement has been reached with ERIN Engineering and Research (Walnut Creek, CA), a nuclear safety and reliability consulting firm. In the second deal, JENSEN HUGHES announced that a merger agreement has been reached with Sereca Consulting (Richmond, Canada), a provider of engineering and consulting services that include fire protection design and engineering, building code consulting, forensic engineering and seminars.
