David Evans and Associates (Portland, OR), a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm of more than 750 people, has expanded its presence in Southern California by merging with Hall & Foreman (Tustin, CA), an 85-person, multidisciplinary design firm. Link to details

The staff of CETEC Engineering Services (Rapid City, SD), a firm providing civil engineering evaluation, planning, design and construction management services has joined specialized civil and environmental consulting engineering firm Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services (AE2S) (Grand Forks, ND).
