ASHRAE appoints new officers, KTA and RJA open new offices, and more.
Joe Scott, CPD, received a promotion from Cannon Design , St Louis, Mo., to the position of associate vice president. Since 2000, Scott worked in the fields of design, documentation and the coordination of plumbing, fire protection and medical gas systems.
Rolf Jensen & Assocs., (RJA) , Chicago, opened an office in Seattle. Carlo Gegen is the point of contact for RJA in Seattle. Gegen’s previous work experience includes consulting at the RJA office in Phoenix.
KTA Group, Inc . opened an additional office in Exton, Pa. The expansion marks the sixth new office in just over two years with additional offices in Washington D.C.; Blountville, Tenn.; Winston-Salem, N.C.; Sarasota, Fla.; and Tyson’s Corner, Va.
Kent W. Peterson, P.E., vice president and chief engineer P2S Engineering Inc, , Long Beach, Calif., became the new president of ASHRAE . Also, ASHRAE installed the followings officers to serve one-year terms:
