Planning is underway for the 4th Annual Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Student Design Competition, to be held at CSI University, June 26 through 28, in Philadelphia.

The Student Design Competition is scheduled for Friday, June 27, with a similar format from previous years, as well as some new features. CSI student chapter participants set up for a total of 22 teams with three to five students per team. The theme of this year’s competition is “Let Freedom Ring!” which may give a clue to one of the required design elements for the competition projects.

There will be scholarship awards for the best designs, which will be judged by a panel composed of members from the CSI Philadelphia Chapter and as selected by attendees of CSI University.

Competition rules, team specifications and registration are available online at: https://www.csi-s.org .
