As platform technologies manager for the north region at Jacobs, Saluja manages the company’s building information modeling and technology implementation while contributing to business development efforts, community outreach and the cultivation of an environment of innovation. Her talent, experience and leadership qualities enable her to provide thoughtful, innovative and practical solutions. Through her proven leadership and her innovative ideas, she has worked with several private and public-sector clients including Columbia University in New York City, NYC Department of Design and Construction, Dormitory Authority of State of New York, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Northwell Health, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Los Angeles Community College District and Pittsburgh Airport, among other clients. Saluja’s background is in the development, implementation and management of technology environments for the design, construction and operation of large facility programs. She is a trusted technology adviser to clients where she provides program level BIM and project controls oversight on active projects. She has been a participating member of the Emerging Technologies Committee at the Construction Management Association of America, a group of like-minded professionals from various organizations who get together periodically to guide the adoption of new technologies on the architecture, engineering and construction front with an emphasis on providing value to clients. Saluja has mentored high school students, especially young girls, about careers in architecture, construction management, engineering and other disciplines through ACE. She puts her multilingual skills to work as a part-time school teacher by teaching children the Punjabi language. She enjoys spending time with her family and finding different activities to do both indoors and outdoors.
