Cleaver-Brooks’ ClearFire-C is a fully condensing boiler is now available up to 3,300 MBTU. The ClearFire-C is a fully condensing hot water boiler that features a pre-mix, down-firing burner and patented AluFer advanced heat transfer tubes. This advanced boiler design achieves efficiencies up to 99% and NOx levels to less than 20 ppm. The modulating pre-mix burner on the unit automatically adjusts the air/gas mixture for maximum efficiency. The linkageless burner provides up to 5:1 turndown. The boiler features dual temperature water returns, which can increase efficiency by up to 5%. The extended heating surface and corrosion-resistant properties of the AluFer tubes ensure enhanced heat transfer and peak condensing performance. The ClearFire-C comes with the Falcon touch-screen total boiler control and is easy to operate via the standard ModBus control protocol.
