TRC Companies (Lowell, MA) (ENR #32) completed the acquisition of the 850-person Professional Services business segment of Willbros Group (Tulsa, OK) in an all cash transaction valued at $130 million. The agreement to acquire the division of Willbros was announced in October. Willbros Professional Services will become the fourth operating segment in the TRC portfolio called "Pipeline Services."
