ENR’s #31 ranked top global design firm, AF Group (Stockholm, Sweden) and engineering consultancy Reinertsen (Trondheim, Norway) are merging their Norwegian Infrastructure, Buildings and Installations businesses in a new jointly owned company that will be known as AF Reinertsen AS. AF will own 51% and Reinertsen 49%. Link to details

In a separate but complementary transaction, AF Group (Stockholm, Sweden) will also acquire 100% of the Reinertsen’s Swedish operations (Gothenburg, Sweden) within Infrastructure, Buildings and Installations. Link to details
