Modular self-contained cooling system

Trane Modular Self-Contained is a single-piece, water-cooled, commercial self-contained system. It is 35% more energy efficient at full load (EER) than a typical 25-year-old unit and delivers industry-leading part load performance (up to 20.8 IEER).

Trane MSC is ideal for low- to mid- rase office buildings and school facilities. Where facilities may have opted to install a large, packaged rooftop unit or chiller with air handler, now they can get a 20-110-ton self-contained system that fits into compact indoor spaces.

The display’s touchscreen interface makes setup, scheduling, and management of the Trane MSC system easy. Includes custom, diagnostics, and service test mode menu keys. Connect to BAS with the open-standard BACnet EIA-485 Token Passing building automation.
