Appleton PlexPower disconnect switches eliminate the need for external conduit or cable sealing, helping facility managers simplify and lower the installation cost of electrical infrastructure in Class I, Division 2 and Class I, Zone 1 hazardous locations. A stainless-steel housing also reduces field maintenance downtime because, unlike conventional heavy cast enclosures, there are no bolts to remove to access the switch’s interior. As a result, critical industrial processes can go back online faster.
