Recent promotions and hires.

GRAEF announced the election of six associates in 2009 for

its Milwaukee, Chicago,

and Orlando, Fla. offices. Terry Foster, PE, Paul Forski,

PE, Bryan Mentzel, Joseph Pepitone, Jr., Mike Rudolph, and Steve Schowalter, PE were nominated and elected as associates.

New York City-based Dagher Engineering announced that Michael Levine, PE , joined the firm as executive vice president and chief

operating officer. Levine has more than 35 years of experience in corporate

leadership and engineering.

Albany, N.Y.-based EYP Architecture & Engineering announced John Kempf as the new chief financial officer. Kempf has more than 18

years of financial and strategic planning, risk management, and leadership experience.

Additionally, EYP announced the Judy Pullar will be the new director of

business development and principal. Pullar has more than 20 years in the AEC

industry.

Chicago-based Environmental Systems Design named David P.

Callan, PE, LEED AP , to the position of senior vice president and chief

technical director.

Frankfurt, Germany-based Emporis named Brian Tonry as the

new chief marketing officer, in which he will head up the marketing and product

development activities.

Salt Lake City-based Total Building Commissioning Inc. named Todd Rindlisbaker, PE, LEED AP, as vice president. Rindlisbaker has 16 years of

HVAC, plumbing, and commissioning business experience.
