This week Morrissey Goodale reported five deals in the U.S. and three international deals involving companies from Canada and the United Kingdom.

SEPTEMBER 2019: Industry leader Dewberry (Fairfax, VA) (ENR #38) acquired Drake Haglan and Associates (Sacramento, CA), one of Northern California’s premier infrastructure engineering firms.  Link to details

In the 24th deal in the Lone Star State this year, Bleyl Engineering (Conroe, TX), a civil engineering firm specializing in the design of municipal and private development projects, expanded its foothold in central Texas with the acquisition of Garrett-Ihnen Civil Engineers (Austin, TX).  Link to details
