This week Morrissey Goodale reported three deals in the United States involving companies from Michigan, Colorado, Massachusetts, Georgia and Texas and two international deals involving companies from the United Kingdom and Norway.

Consulting, engineering and construction services firm, Atwell (Southfield, MI) (ENR #248) acquired substantially all of the assets of Peak Civil Consultants (Englewood, CO), a civil engineering firm that provides professional design, master planning, and land surveying services throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Leader in engineering, consulting and construction management services to the energy, environmental and infrastructure markets TRC Companies (Lowell, MA) acquired X-Line, Inc. (Villa Rica, GA). X-Line provides distribution engineering and design services. Link to details
CLEAResult (Austin, TX) entered into an agreement to purchase the assets of Conservation Services Group (Westborough, MA), the leading provider of residential energy efficiency programs in the United States.
