JAN 2020: Industry leader CHA Consulting (Albany, NY) (ENR #56) acquired 85-person CME Associates (Mansfield, CT), a transportation engineering firm with a focus on complex highway and bridge projects, and national expertise in accelerated bridge construction.  Link to details
