TLC Engineering Solutions (Orlando, FL) (ENR #238) acquired LaSalle Engineering (Willow Grove, PA). The move expands TLC’s ability to provide life safety consulting and fire protection engineering to clients across the Mid-Atlantic region.  Link to details

MIG Engineering (Sarnia, Canada) acquired T.W. Gray & Associates Engineering (Sarnia, Canada). T.W. Gray will no longer be operating and the company’s existing clients and projects will now be serviced by MIG.  Link to details

ENR’s #46 ranked international design firm, Meinhardt Group (Singapore, Singapore), acquired civil and structural engineering consultant Tham & Wong (Singapore, Singapore).
