This week Morrissey Goodale reported five deals in the U.S. involving companies from New York, Maine, Oregon, California, Florida, Arizona, and Washington.

APRIL 2019: International engineering firm Thornton Tomasetti (New York, NY) (ENR #62) acquired Becker Structural Engineers (Portland, ME), a firm specializing in mass timber, parking structures, and highway bridge projects.  Link to details

Industry leader NV5 (Hollywood, FL) (ENR #45) acquired land surveying and mapping firm J.V. Surveying (Phoenix, AZ). The acquisition marks NV5’s third deal of 2019.  Link to details
