• Jerrold M. Dinkels, P.E. , has joined STV, Inc. , New York, as vice president and eastern region manager of projects for STV’s Buildings and Facilities Division. • Peter Basso Assocs. , Troy, Mich., has hired Daniel Harper as a mechanical engineer in its K-12 Market Sector Group, where he will be responsible for the technical production of a project’s mechanical design. The K-12 group also gained Chuck McKale , P.E., as an associate. McKale will participate in the production of mechanical systems design for a project, and be responsible for managing the work of other engineers, designers, and CAD production personnel assigned to the team.
