Submit your entry in a three-ring binder in which the Official Application Form appears as the first age in the three-ring binder. Each entry must include the following materials:
1. A completed Application Form

2. A check or money order for $125 payable to Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine for each entry.

3. Supporting photography that includes the building’s exterior and interior, as well as pertinent mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing systems or specifically referenced engineered systems. Ideally, prints and drawings should be in a glossy 8 x 10-in. format. In addition, 35mm color slides of the prints and drawings are recommended. Also, include any other supporting documents or drawings (i.e. project schedules, diagrams or illustrations).

4. A statement regarding (A) the uniqueness of the design and specification of the project such as challenging, modern, functional or efficient systems of the building; (B) the use of new or unusual technologies; (C) results in energy efficiency or sustainability as a result of innovative design; (D) superior systems integration and interaction; (E) inventive solutions to various project challenges and architectural considerations that can include procedures for maximizing each team member’s expertise and input at appropriate junctures, means of exchanging information/ documentation among team members. The statement should not exceed eight typewritten pages.

All entries and supporting entry materials (including photography) become the property of Consulting-Specifying Engineer and will not be returned.
