Twele is an intelligent, charismatic, and hardworking team player who began his career with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command and has continued as an operations manager at Rolf Jensen & Associates. He is dedicated to both work and his family, as a new father to son Jackson with his wife Lindsey of 3 years. Twele has flourished as an expert and mentor in consulting federal projects due to his experience with military and Department of Defense criteria. He has actively provided engineering support for more than $700 million of military design-build construction projects this year, and is proficient in the application of National Fire Protection Engineering code criteria, United Facilities Criteria, international and local building codes, and the design, inspection, and testing of active and passive fire protection and life safety systems. He has solidified strong client partnerships and is RJA’s primary point of contact for national clients’ federal project pursuits. Whether at trade show booths or in presentations to architects and general contractors, Twele enjoys representing his employer and educating people on the importance of fire protection engineering. Twele is recognized within the industry as a leader of a new generation of design professionals, and he develops and applies innovative ideas to streamline operations and to improve the process for designers, builders, clients, and the community. He volunteers with multiple organizations, including the Little Angels Service Dog Organization to fund the training of a service dog for his nephew.
