Eardley directs and implements commissioning practices and oversees project execution as director of commissioning services at Cannon Design. Throughout the entire lives of projects, Eardley ensures buildings shoot for and uphold performance goals of the highest standards. He is a leader in ensuring client satisfaction and building relationships that translate to stronger project delivery. Though his professional life is devoted to buildings, he is an outdoor enthusiast. Eardley spends a great deal of time encouraging his two young sons to pursue their developing interests. He also supports young commissioning engineers as chair of the Building Commissioning Assn. Northeast Chapter’s scholarship committee, which works to guide the industry by advancing best practices and education. His association with professional organizations and his work at Cannon Design ensure Eardley is up to speed with cutting-edge technology and delivering innovative solutions and ideas to clients. Eardley shares his knowledge in hopes of furthering the profession by presenting at regional and national conferences for building engineers, and writing for notable trade journals. With his proven expertise, he has been instrumental in developing and growing the commissioning group within Cannon Design. Back home, Eardley cheers on the Boston Red Sox, Portland Sea Dogs, and New England Patriots.
