Abstract: Utility-funded retro-commissioning at the 2.6 million-sq-ft convention center proved to be a cost-effective way to improve building performance, reduce energy usage, lengthen equipment life, and improve indoor environmental quality and occupant comfort. Measures implemented resulted in annual energy cost savings of $151,000.
